SHIPPING & HANDLING

On occasion we offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions follow us on Instagram. We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

First Class mail for domestic, all states within the USA

$24.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

The processing time for orders is 5-10 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-45 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so please contact us immediately within 24 hours at dqm.info@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

However, we hold no responsibility if the package was shipped to the wrong address upon your mistake for providing or late notifying of the incorrect information.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
